Port Orchard Visit

JT LOVED kayaking with Uncle David. The other day he told a neighbor that he got to go on a "real live kayak" with Uncle David. We good visits with Joel, Uncle Bert, Aunt Karen, Jodie and David and baby Miranda, Matt, Hannah, Philip, and Samuel. I'm sorry we don't have more pictures- our camera got full! We'll be sure to get some good pics of Miranda this Thanksgiving weekend.

Ferry Pics

Back to the states

We took the ferry from Victoria to Port Angelos allowing time for a (very) brief tour of the beautiful city of Victoria which included a very nice lunch at the St. James Bay Tea Company. Just what I always wanted and Radu was so nice to put up with my whims.

West Coast Trip 2009

We had a WONDERFUL trip out west. Actually the memories do seem to get better with time. :) Got to see Heidi and Mason Berg and Norm and Kath Friesen in Abbotsford. Then on to Duncan on the Island for a short but sweet visit with Uncle Bill, Aunt Jayne, and Paul and Jennifer. JT and Wills LOVED this- especially feeding the animals. Lots of memories here.

October Skyline Bike Trip (for Radu)

The boys and I supplied Radu with PB sandwiches, gatorade, and cheers while he biked 80 miles plus. We enjoyed the fall foliage, throwing rocks down "cliffs", stink bugs (not!), Big Meadows, and Mile high blackberry ice cream pie.
